Argan oil is endemic to Morocco. Visit a women's cooperative to see how the nuts are harvested, cracked, and ground by hand to produce the oil. You'll be invited to try cracking the hard nuts yourself—it's harder than it looks! Learn the difference between cosmetic and culinary oil, and sample both with bread and honey.
